Shin ga do Wales invites you to learn practical self defence incooperating various  aspects of different arts based mainly around  a soft form of five animals Kung-fu.

This is not a sports orientated martial art as it is primarily for self defence including defence against weapon attack,and includes many techniques considered illegal in sporting events.

SUNDAY NOVEMBER 8TH  WELCOMES THE RETURN OF MASTER MARK KEMP AND HANSHI MIKE BENFILL. EVERYBODY IS WELCOME TO COME AND TRAIN UNDER THESE TWO EXCEPTIONAL INSTRUCTORS OF MARTIAL ARTS.
